Neurographic Art was created by Russian psychologist and architect, Pavel Piskarev.
This creative process helps to transform one’s stresses by drawing freeform lines with additional simple steps to create a beautiful piece of art.

This online ZOOM workshop will begin with a simple meditation to facilitate a sense of grounding and focus, followed by time to work on your piece of art. Basic supplies will be sent by mail. No art experience is necessary; in fact approaching this form with an innocent mind is beneficial. Limited registration.

Seva is a trained meditation teacher, retired science teacher and artist. She is passionate about spending time outdoors, canoeing and hiking as well as creating various art forms in her studio in London, Ontario.
