ArtBus Day-Trips

ArtBus Adventures are free events for adults 50+. During our past adventures, riders were taken to participating galleries and festivals in London and Middlesex County by special Voyago buses.

Some of the incredible participating venues were the Stratford Art in the Park Festival, Elgin St. Thomas Art Gallery, Art Gallery of Woodstock, the Art Emporium in Port Stanley, Museum London, Forest City Art Gallery and Art with Panache in downtown London Ontario.

After each visit, our art adventurers discussed the work of local artists.

The London Region art community thrived under figures like Jack Chambers, Greg Curnoe and others who fused pop art, personal iconography, and local commentary.  These artists dubbed “London Regionalism” exemplified the potential of smaller urban centres to become incubators for experimental work.
