Wellness 2019 – the best I can be

I’ve become curious to find out how I would I feel if I could actually follow through on a commitment to maximize my personal potential.  I’ve been blessed with good genes so I’ve managed to coast along through my life. But 2019 is my special year.

Like many others, I normally start out with great intentions and fall back to my old routines and excuses. This year, I’ve enlisted the help of an army of good friends, tough friends, and knowledgeable professionals.

  • walking – Monday, Wednesday, Friday with my walking buddy
  • strength – Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday with my workout coach
  • healthy eating – no sugar or carbs for 3 months
  • creativity – regular studio team sessions
  • launch an exciting new dance program for older women 50+
  • …….stay tuned.
