Mentoring & Coaching

Ontario Population Projections: the number of seniors aged 65 and over is projected to almost double from 2.3 million, or 16.4 per cent of population, in 2016 to 4.6 million, or 25.0 per cent, by 2041. The growth in the share and number of seniors accelerates over the 2016–2031 period as baby boomers turn age 65. (Ontario Ministry of Finance)

Groups and organizations contact us for new program ideas and referrals. We provide fresh content for employee services, training events for retirees, along with keynote presentations and workshop facilitation services.

The older adults in our network are always looking for something new and different for volunteer or work experience. With our extensive community connections we are able to help them identify options and opportunities. When new members join the network, we help him/her complete a self-assessment and identify some short-term and long-term goals. We also provide mentoring/friendship support to help the newer network members realize their goals.
