LAIR artist – instructors enhance quality of life of older adults in London Ontario

The London Ontario Arts Council – Artists in Residence (LAIR) Program

In Ontario, there are currently more than two million seniors, and this number is expected to double in the next 25 years. The London Arts Council applied for and received funding to train ten LAIR artists to work with older adults in London Ontario.

We’re delighted to see LAIR artists developing new, creative programs using principles of creative process and life-long learning.

Depending on the arts genre, classes/workshops are 90-minute sessions over 6 weeks.
