The Create @Home Pilot Project was initially sponsored by the Dorchester Lions Seniors Centre and Middlesex County Libraries with funding by New Horizons for Seniors Program grant.
The project involves designing, developing, distributing and promoting an accessible online learning project for a beginner/intermediate level.
